Spread across three levels, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are distributed for maximum flexibility: the top floor features one King bed and a pull-out sofa, the main floor offers one Double bed, and the bottom floor provides one Queen bed. Additionally, there is a separate basement apartment containing one Queen bed; please note that this fourth room is located down the stairs outside to the right of the garage and is not accessible from the main house.

• Restrictions: Guests must be 21+ to book. No parties are permitted. No fires of any kind are allowed on the premises, as the on-site chimney is not usable.
• Vehicle Requirements: 4WD/AWD is highly recommended during inclement weather. The HOA requires the make, model, and license plate number of your vehicle prior to arrival.
• Security: Exterior Ring cameras are located near the front door and driveway to monitor cleaning services.
• Verification: The primary guest may be asked to complete a verification process within 48 hours of booking. A signed Rental Agreement, government-issued ID, and matching credit card are required prior to arrival. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is included to protect against accidental, self-reported damage.
