The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a third bedroom equipped with both a queen bed and twin bunk beds. For additional guests, a twin rollaway bed is available in the laundry area and can be easily moved into the living room.

Outdoor fun is central to the experience here. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities on the property, including cornhole, yard games, a playground, and a firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. For those looking to hit the water, 2 kayaks and life vests are provided for a day of paddling. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of a state park boat ramp just down the road and the nearby Harbor Light Marina for all fuel and supply needs. Please note that while the dock is available for your boat, the boat currently on the dock is not included for guest use.
