If we find evidence that a pet has occupied the property on a non-pet-friendly unit, this is an automatic forfeit of your security deposit and possible eviction may occur. Please NEVER flush sanitary items down the toilets. All cabins/chalets are on septic tanks. ONLY flush toilet paper. Do not wash off makeup with the white towels please use the black washcloths provided No loud music or shouting that neighbors might be able to hear. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM No parties that violate the fire code of your cabin's sleeping capacity No parking on the street or in other driveways If your cabin has a charcoal grill, do not put trash in the grill's ash-can. It could start a fire! If your cabin does not have a fire pit, do not make one or start a bonfire Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. Management shall not be held liable for condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days, may be donated or sold. Please check carefully for belongings before you leave. Left items can be mailed to you if requested and you will be charged shipping costs. No early check ins or Late check outs without written approval No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in eviction from the property and no refunds will be issued. We have a Strict Policy of No Discharging of Firearms or weapons of any sort at any of our rentals or adjoining property. Our insurance, as well as our homeowners, require this due to the potential for injury, damage or wildfire and any violations will result in eviction, forfeitures of rental monies and being reported as an Unlawful Discharge of a Weapon. Fireworks are also prohibited due to the fire hazard, insurance and community regulations. Any violations will result in eviction, forfeitures of rental monies and be reported. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you check out. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. Security cameras are used on the outside areas of the property. As we live offsite, we will check security footage in case of incident. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Self-pay laundry facility is available on site for use during your stay. Above Guest is an adult over the age of 21 and WILL BE an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. Trash will need to be taken out and placed in dumpster provided, beside laundry facility. Please do not leave trash outside or on porch! No loud music or shouting that neighbors might be able to hear. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE CABIN. $500 charge for indoor smoking
