• Restrictions: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors (including the sunroom). Charging electric vehicles (EVs) is not permitted.
• Safety: The garage, owner's closet, upstairs Sunset Overlook, and the bedroom 5 balcony are off-limits.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Compliance: Guests must complete a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold (or an optional third-party damage waiver) via the Happy Guest platform.
