The Clark Suite is named in honor of Jeremiah and Nelson Clark, the brothers who helped shape the community. This specific guest suite is designed for comfort and inclusivity, serving as the property's only accessible suite featuring a wheelchair ramp and a handicap-accessible bathroom. The space is furnished with new linens, appliances, and furniture, creating a wonderful environment for relaxing. Whether you are sipping coffee at the kitchen counter overlooking the backyard or sharing a meal at the dining table with loved ones, the suite provides a peaceful retreat.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.

• Parking: One reserved spot is included; additional spots may be arranged based on availability.
• Occupancy: Rates are based on 2-person occupancy; each additional guest over age two is $50/night.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. Events such as birthday, dinner, or wedding parties are strictly prohibited.
• Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property or inside the suite. To maintain a scent-neutral environment, any smoking or odors resulting from vaporizing or diffusing will incur a $250 restoration fee.
