• Pets: Dog-friendly ($100 fee for up to 2 dogs; $50 per additional dog). Dogs are not permitted in upstairs carpeted areas and must be crated if unattended.
• Events: Approved events allowed with prior authorization (max 50 guests).
• Access: Accessible by 2WD in normal weather via a blacktopped country road and gravel driveway; 4WD is recommended during winter weather. Trailers are prohibited.
• Smoking: Non-smoking estate.
