About Property

Experience the magic of the Great Smoky Mountains at Smoky Sunrise, a beautiful modern-rustic retreat nestled on nearly two private acres of wooded hillside in Sevierville, Tennessee. This spectacular three-story home is designed for the discerning traveler, offering a unique and luxurious vacation experience where genuine long-range mountain sightlines and valley fog create a breathtaking backdrop from the deck.

The home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms: a primary suite on the main level with a tiled walk-in shower and deck access, and two guest bedrooms on the upper level, one of which boasts a stunning ensuite with a double vanity and a large soaking tub. For additional guests, the lower-level theater room provides two fold-out bean bag twin beds.

Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the interior is filled with amazing detail and high-end finishes. The main level centers around a stacked-stone electric fireplace and a granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for five. The upper level offers a quiet loft landing with a wet bar and a cozy reading nook. The lower level is a dedicated play zone, featuring a home theater with a comfortable sectional, a variety of arcade games, ping pong, Pop-A-Shot basketball, and mini golf, along with a second wet bar and mini-fridge.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a charcoal grill on the front porch or head to the back decks to relax in patio furniture or the soothing hot tub, all while framed by wooded ridge views.

Located just minutes from the action-packed attractions of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, you are perfectly positioned to visit Dollywood, Splash Country, The Island, Anakeesta, and the Arts and Crafts Community, yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the mountains at night.
