Whether you are visiting with friends or family, this woodland retreat offers the perfect atmosphere to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beauty of the Gorge.

This cozy retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 lucky guests with a flexible sleeping configuration. The loft features a King bed, the back room provides full-size bunk beds, and the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa. The home is served by one full bathroom and one half bathroom.

Inside, you will find a living area with comfortable seating, a game table for laid-back evenings, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal and includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster. Coffee lovers will appreciate the stocked coffee bar featuring a dual Keurig/drip pot combo with K-Cups, creamer, sugar, and Sweet’N Low.

Step outside to experience the best of the woodland surroundings. The exterior boasts covered porches with plenty of outdoor seating, a porch swing, and a firepit. Guests can soak in the massive and private hot tub or cook up a feast on the charcoal grill. For those driving electric vehicles, a 40-amp Level 2 EV Charger is available on site.

Located in the outlying Red River Gorge area, Whispering Winds is close to a variety of outdoor adventures, including hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, and zip lines, as well as local restaurants and sightseeing.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limited to 2 vehicles; trailers are prohibited. 4WD or AWD is required due to the steep hill and rutted road leading to the cabin.
• Pet Policy: Dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs) with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
• Security: One exterior camera faces the front door area.
• Note: Firewood and charcoal are not provided. Fresh linens, towels, and an Essential Starter Pack are included for your convenience.
