• Parking: Ample paved parking is available for 4 vehicles and 1 trailer. All vehicles must remain on the paved area.
• Boating: Boats may be parked at the dock (platform is 16x20 with a 6x30 walkway). All boats and jet skis must be launched at a marina or public ramp, with Cosby's Landing being the closest option.
• Property Note: This home sits on a large double lot with separate residences; full-time residents occupy the apartment above the detached garage and appreciate your respectful enjoyment of the shared environment.
