Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM via keyless digital access, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we observe a zero-tolerance policy regarding parties and loud noise, especially after 9 PM; noise sensors are active on-site. Smoking (including nicotine and marijuana) is strictly prohibited and monitored by sensors, with violations resulting in a $750 fine. Pets are not allowed due to guest allergies. Guests are asked to leave shoes at the door and ensure no food is left out to keep the home pest-free.
