For additional guests, the space includes two queen-size pullout couches, two queen-sized air mattresses, and one twin-sized air mattress in the basement, all supported by hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforters and crisp clean linens.

Practical Info & House Rules Check-in is available after 4:00 PM via keyless digital smart locks, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Parking is provided in the driveway (fits 2-3 cars) with additional free street parking available.

To ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding parties and excessive noise, supported by noise sensors. Indoor smoking (including nicotine and marijuana) is strictly prohibited and carries an automatic $750 fine. Pets are not allowed due to guest allergies. We kindly ask guests to leave shoes at the door and keep noise levels low after 9:00 PM. Please note that while the main and upper levels have portable AC units, the basement remains cool via fans, air purifiers, and a dehumidifier.
