I assert that I am physically fit to operate any aforementioned crafts and I will not hold the homeowner or Chatuge Home Concierge or the Homeowner, their employees, agents or other associated personnel responsible if I am injured as a result of ANY problems (medical, accidental or otherwise) which occur while participating. I agree to forever discharge and release the Chatuge Home Concierge, its employees and agents, the owner(s) and affiliates, from any and all responsibility or liability for any and all injuries or damages. I agree NOT to make a claim against or sue any of the above parties for injuries or damages whether they arise or result from any NEGLIGENCE or other liability, EVEN IN CASES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE. I further specifically agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs and assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties for any and all causes of action arising as a consequence of any incidents which might occur as a consequence of my participation in any activities with or involving the released parties.

VENTED GAS FIRE LOGS Directions: The gas fire log set is ready to go. All you need to do is • OPEN glass fireplace doors. • Select time on wall switch located on wall on RIGHT side of fireplace behind the curtain panel. Select 30, 60, 120 minutes or OFF. Safety Precautions: 1. Nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING goes in the fireplace. NO MARSHMALLOWS or FOOD, otherwise you will be charged a cleaning fee and/or the cost to replace the log set. 2. Do Not leave fireplace unattended when it is lit. 3. Keep children away from gas fire logs. 4. LEAVE GLASS FIREPLACE DOORS OPEN when the gas fire logs are on. Close doors when fireplace is not in use. Safety Equipment: Fire Extinguisher is in the kitchen under the sink. First Aid Kit can be found in drawer to the left of the refrigerator. Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Alarms are located adjacent to the kitchen and the bedrooms.

Did you know this property is served by a SEPTIC SYSTEM? Please avoid plumbing problems during your stay by taking steps below. Never pour grease, fats, or harmful chemicals, down the drain. They can clog or damage our system and can cause an expensive plumbing mess. Scrape food waste into the garbage, not down the drain. Don’t Overload the Commode! Do not flush non-degradable items such as dental floss, diapers, wipes, hygiene products, or hair. Be Mindful of Guests! If there are more people staying in our home than our septic system was designed to support, your guests may overload the system and mess up your stay. This is one reason why we cannot accept more than the maximum number of guests. Limit laundry to one load per day and at least 12 hours between loads. NO BLEACH! Stagger use of water-based appliances among house guests. Avoid long showers. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NOTICE ANY DRAIN PROBLEMS OR BAD ODORS COMING FROM THE SEPTIC FIELD. REMEMBER: An overflowing septic tank will not only ruin a good party, the place will probably be temporarily uninhabitable .

All trash must be in bags. When checking out... 1) Leave used towels in the tub or shower. 2) Used beds should be left unmade. 3) Adjust temp settings. AC to 78* in summer. HEAT to 60* in winter. 4) Put all trash in bags in can outside. 5) Remove any opened food items from the frig. 6) If you moved any furniture, inside or outside, put it back. 7) Turn off lights, ceiling fans, TV... 8) Make sure all doors are locked and key is returned where you got it.
