This spacious 2,200 sq ft home is designed for relaxation and comfort. The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The main floor hosts the master bedroom, which features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom equipped with two twin beds; these two rooms share a convenient jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For additional flexibility, a twin sofa bed and a rollaway cot are also available on the lower level.

The heart of the home is the living room, boasting cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding lake and mountain vistas. A wood-burning fireplace provides a cozy setting during the winter months. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, featuring a dining table that seats eight. For a quiet moment, guests can retreat to the private book nook and office.

Outdoor living is a priority here, with two expansive decks featuring plenty of seating. The bottom level deck is particularly special, complete with a bed swing and an outdoor shower. Guests also have access to the dock for boating and fishing needs.

Note that the neighborhood access road is a flat, one-lane road with pull-offs. Parking is available for two cars directly in front of the house, with additional space for more vehicles or a boat trailer on a nearby vacant lot.
