The home is thoughtfully arranged across three levels to accommodate up to 10 guests. The main floor serves as the heart of the home, featuring the kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with a convenient half bath. For those wanting to breathe in the fresh mountain air, the main living room opens onto a relaxing screen porch and a sunny sun deck. The top floor houses two bedrooms: one featuring a King bed and the other a Queen bed, both equipped with TVs and access to a shared hallway bathroom. The terrace level provides a versatile space with the third bedroom, which contains bunkbeds with four twin mattresses, a full private bath, a couch, a TV, and an arcade game for added entertainment.

• No smoking and no parties allowed, as this is a quiet family neighborhood
• Guests must supply their own firewood for the fire pit
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a $100 fee per pet

• Cancellation: Cancelled reservations receive a 96% refund (4% processing fee is non-refundable)
