About Property

Discover the ultimate multi-generational getaway in Tawas City, Michigan, with this unique offering that includes two separate lakefront homes. Whether you are traveling with multiple families or extended relatives, this setup allows everyone to spend quality time together while still enjoying their own personal private space.

Sleeping Arrangements Across the two properties, you will find a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The larger home on the hill is beautifully-updated and gorgeous inside, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two of the main floor bedrooms include their own en suite private bathrooms. A standout feature is the fourth bedroom, which is very large and serves as a dedicated hangout area for teenagers or young adults, complete with a sectional sofa, television, desk, and two twin beds. The smaller beach house provides 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; please note that the second bedroom in this unit does not have a private door and is open to the rest of the house.

Property Highlights The larger residence is equipped for comfort with a main floor stacked washer and dryer, streaming television, and a large backyard deck featuring outdoor dining furniture and a gas grill. Between the two homes lies a large backyard lawn perfect for children, along with a basketball hoop at the end of the driveway and various outdoor toys.

Right on the shores of Lake Huron is the more rustic beach house, located less than 30 feet from the water's edge. This cozy retreat features a private seawall with stairs leading directly to the lake, its own full kitchen, a dining table, a beachfront deck, a beachfront swing, and a fire pit for evening bonfires. While the lake views are fantastic and the breeze is wonderfully cool, the beach house is quite rustic, with some damaged screens, windows that do not fully open, and a musty smell.
