Sleeping arrangements are optimized for larger groups, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accommodating up to 12 guests. The layout includes a King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, and a versatile third bedroom featuring a Queen bed and two bunk beds (Twin over Queen).

While the home is immersed in a peaceful forest setting, it is fully equipped for high-end entertainment and relaxation. Guests can enjoy a variety of interior and exterior highlights:

• Outdoor living space with a hot tub, fire pit, charcoal grill, and a furnished deck offering stunning forest views

Located in Sevierville, Tennessee, the property provides a true mountain experience. Please be aware that the cabin is accessed via a mile-long gravel road. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter or snowy conditions and is highly recommended for non-local drivers, as the road is not suitable for compact or sport vehicles.

To ensure a seamless stay, please note the following practical information. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. House rules strictly prohibit smoking, pets, and events, parties, or large gatherings. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and are required to submit ID within 48 hours of booking. Please report any damages to both the Guest Contact and Triad Vacation Rentals. Additionally, items left behind after checkout are subject to a $50 non-refundable handling fee plus shipping and packaging costs. For those needing more space, an extra studio rental is available nearby.
