This unique booking consists of two separate units located close to one another (though not connected), providing your group with multiple living spaces and bathrooms for added privacy. The layout features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed, and both unit living areas include a sofabed for additional flexibility.

Our spacious apartments are designed with inviting living areas and fully-equipped kitchens. Guests will enjoy a seamless experience with smart-lock entry and a variety of high-end building and in-unit features:

Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please be aware that a $75 per hour late fee applies for late departures. To comply with HOA and legal requirements, a valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required for all bookings. Guests must pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, a criminal background check is required. The primary booker must be at least 22 years old.

Strict policies are in place to ensure a peaceful stay: no smoking, no parties, and no pets are allowed. Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited with zero tolerance. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and the property is monitored by decibel sensors. Please note there is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. A $150 security hold is required, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
