Welcome to your next adventure headquarters! Discover 'Soulshine', a newly renovated modern yet rustic cabin nestled in the breathtaking Red River Gorge area of Beattyville, Kentucky. This wonderful cabin is situated on an amazing 8-acres of private property, offering a serene escape where you can kick back and relax with friends and family while taking in all that nature has to offer from the comfort of the porch.

Designed to accommodate a party of up to 10 guests, the home provides a level of true luxury that is rare to find in the Gorge. The layout consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with one bathroom located on the ground level and one in the basement. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to maximize space: the ground floor features a Queen bed, while the loft offers 3 Twin beds. In the lower level, Bedroom 1 contains a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 features 2 Twin beds, and an additional Twin bed is located in the lower hallway.

This home is equipped with everything needed for a seamless stay, including:

• Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and highchair
• Gas fireplace and high-speed WiFi
• Hot tub and firepit
• 2 Smart TVs with DVD player
• Ping pong table and cornhole

Located in a peaceful wooded area of Beattyville, you are perfectly positioned for exploration. The cabin is approximately 20 to 45 minutes away from popular hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, and local restaurants.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are permitted (maximum 2) with a $100 fee, which must be added by contacting the host after booking. Dogs must be crated if left alone.
• Access: 4WD is recommended during inclement weather; trailers are strictly prohibited.
• Policies: No refunds or date modifications within 14 days of arrival. No refunds are permitted due to weather conditions.
