• Policies: This is a non-smoking and pet-free cabin
• Parking: Limited parking available; vehicles exceeding two must use the local park and ride and carpool. Trailers are strictly prohibited
• Important Notes: The property is located directly off KY-11, so road noise is audible. The property uses well water, which is safe and tested, though a filtered 5-gallon jug is provided for convenience. Camera surveillance is active at the front gate and common utility areas for security. Charcoal is not provided, but firewood is available via an on-site self-service station.
