A strict no-party policy is in effect. For security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with a 24/7 recording doorbell camera at the entrance and an internal noise monitoring device (which monitors decibel levels without recording audio or video).
Required for stay: All guests must provide a Government ID and complete a background check (SSN required for US residents). Please be aware that guests are responsible for personal consumables after the initial supply, and building management may access the unit for essential maintenance or emergencies.

Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation and all guests must share a government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.

Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed unless the additional fee is paid in advance. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $300 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.

Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. An extra fee of $200 per night per pet will be charged for undisclosed pets.

Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.

We have a surveillance(door cam) at the door facing external. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.

Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage immediately. Unreported damages will be claimed.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

No outside shoes are to be worn inside the home

Party: Parties are not allowed in this property. There will be a 500$ fine if you violate it. We have a noise monitoring device in the unit which will trigger a notification if it crosses the threshold decibels (dB). Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
15 . Guest numbers: The maximum number of guests allowed at the property is 3. A surcharge of $200 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
Please note the following pool rules:
- Pool Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM daily
- No Glass: Glass is not permitted at the pool
- Clean Up: Please clean up after using the grill
- Adherence to Hours: No one should be at the pool outside of posted hours; violations may result in fines or loss of privileges (Violations of any of these rules may result in fines upto 500$ or loss of privileges / booking)
