Designed to accommodate the whole crew, this retreat features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure everyone has a place to rest: two bedrooms feature King beds, while others offer a variety of Queen, Full, and Twin beds. For those seeking additional privacy, one bedroom is located downstairs with its own separate exterior entrance. Additionally, the game room provides two twin beds, making it a great spot for children or extra guests.
Inside, you will find an open-concept living area defined by cozy rustic decor. Guests can warm up by the fireplace or enjoy their favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, boasting stainless steel appliances and a standard drip coffee maker. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, iron and board, and a hair dryer.
Step outside to experience the serenity of a private yard with woodland views and a private waterfall feature. The outdoor living space is designed for making memories, featuring a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining area, and a fire pit perfect for stargazing with s’mores in hand.
Located near the charming town of Helen, this property is ideal for those who love hiking local trails or visiting nearby towns. If you are traveling with a larger group, there are 14 other cabins on the property available for booking to provide even more space.

- Guests must sign a rental agreement after booking through Sautee Mountain Retreat reiterating the house rules.
- Strictly NO parties. Guests over the guest total will incur $100 per night per guest charges & any fines initiated by the county for being over permitted limit.
- Unauthorized early/late check-ins or late check-outs that cause delays with cleaning and impact future guests are subject to an additional charge equaling the nightly rate. PLEASE NOTE: We have high occupancy & the majority of our reservations are back to back. Early check-ins & check-outs will be difficult especially during peak times.
- No smoking inside the Airbnb or with doors open. Please dispose of cigarette butts & ashes responsively & not in the woods or patio.
- County noise ordinance after 10 p.m.
- Kids are not allowed unattended on balconies or stairs also keep a close eye on children while using these areas.
- We reserve the right to ask a guest to vacate the property if they do not follow the house rules. (we have yet to do so, don't be the first!)
- Pets MUST be on the reservation. There is a $50 pet fee per pet. Pets must be up to date on flea & tick treatment as well as rabies (verification may be requested).
- The Primary renter agrees to use extreme caution and care at the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage caused by the renter or the renter’s family members, guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees.
- The property is left in the same state that it was rented in. If any furniture is moved, it must be moved back (note that if damages exist from moving furniture, we will have to charge for damages).
- Check-in instructions are sent via email 3 days prior to arrival (be sure to check you spam/junk folder).
- The cabin is located in the woods. While our cleaners are amazing and we have the cabin treated regularly by our pest control company, you may still see the occasional spider, spider web, or bug especially during the spring and summer months. Ticks are also prevalent in the area and travel by host, please be sure to use bug spray when outside to prevent bringing bugs into the cabin. If a critter may make it's way into the property from the cold. Let us know ASAP so we can remedy the situation. Please ensure doors are shut at all times.
- Please note that if you rented Ridgeline or Georgia Peach, these properties have two separate lock out units with separate entrances. There may be another guest in the basement or main level.
- If you are trying to get ahold of us after hours or in case of an emergency, please call. Messages sent after normal hours will be responded to as soon as they are seen. Also, any cleanliness or maintenance issues after arrival, PLEASE CALL MAINTENANCE!
- Strictly no firearms allowed inside of the cabins or property.
