The living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa available upon request for additional guests (linens provided with advance notice).

Please note: This is a smoke-free property with no pets allowed. The home is located in a vibrant neighborhood steps from King Street's nightlife - city noise may be heard, with local noise ordinance in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Per Charleston ordinance, occupancy is limited to no more than 4 unrelated people (families exempt). This fully legal rental holds STR Permit OP2025-06934 and Business License BL025119-06-2021.
