For those needing extra space, a Queen air mattress and additional bedding are available upon request.

Guests must adhere to the City of Folly's Ordinance rules, including strict neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm to 10am; violations may result in a $1,047 fine from the city. Please be aware that this is not a party house, and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
