Imagine you awaken at 3,000 feet at Pino Mountain, a private mountaintop where sunrises paint the Chattahoochee Forest. Designed by Architect Peter Lombardi, this eco-luxe haven on 20 acres is an architect-designed mountaintop sanctuary thoughtfully crafted for rest, connection, and awe.
This flexible layout features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 guests. The lodge is uniquely designed with two connected yet private living zones, allowing it to function as one unified home or as separate units (a 2BR/1BA and a 1BR/1BA), each boasting its own private entrance, kitchen, and stone fireplace. To accommodate larger groups, the home includes a hidden wall-mounted queen Murphy bed. Each bedroom is positioned to frame forest views and features integrated lighting and premium bedding. The two luxurious spa-style wet rooms are highlights of the home, featuring heated floors, floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile, rainfall showers, and oversized soaking tubs, with one bathroom offering a 7ft x 5ft panoramic glass window overlooking the untouched pine forest.
Key Features:
Located in Hiawassee, Georgia, the property is situated near Lake Chatuge and various mountain towns, with the Appalachian Trail nearby for hiking adventures. Please note that the lodge is located at 3,000 ft elevation and is accessed via a gravel road; 4WD/AWD is recommended during winter months.
