The main floor features a bedroom with a full-size bed and a shared bathroom that conveniently houses a stackable washing machine and dryer. The second floor offers a primary retreat with a king-size bed and a full bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a garden tub, while the second-floor loft provides a twin day bed along with a full desk and computer. The terrace level includes a bedroom with 3 twin beds and another full bathroom.

Designed for entertainment and comfort, the home boasts two distinct living areas. The main-floor living room is furnished with two leather couches, a loveseat, and a cozy gas fireplace. The terrace level is a dedicated hub for fun, featuring its own living room with a gas fireplace, a kitchenette, a ping-pong table, and a card table that seats four. For those who love to cook, the main kitchen is fully equipped and includes a blender, waffle-maker, air-fryer, and toaster, with dining space for six at the table and an additional four guests at the island.
