The layout is thoughtfully arranged with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for up to 7 guests. Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a King bed and its own ensuite bath. For additional flexibility, a Queen air mattress with bedding is available upon request.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. This is not a party house, and neighbors must be respected at all times. To protect the home, the use of glitter, exterior decorations, or adhesives/tape on the walls is strictly prohibited; a $250 fine applies to these violations.

Due to the home's historic nature and proximity to the city center and a highway, some road and city noise may be audible. For your comfort, white-noise machines are provided in each unit. Additionally, please be aware of ongoing pool construction directly behind the home during normal daytime work hours, which may cause limited backyard access and extra noise.

Luggage storage is available Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) at the main office, with third-party options available on weekends.
