The main floor hosts a bedroom with a King bed, a gas fireplace, and an attached bathroom with a tub shower. The upper loft includes a King Master Suite with its own private balcony, gas fireplace, and attached bathroom, alongside a queen pull-out couch and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The lower level offers a bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a third attached bathroom.

While general amenities are limited in the records, the home is characterized by its spacious layout and entertainment options. The main floor is centered around an open living room with a stone wood fireplace, while the lower level serves as a hub for fun with a pool table and arcade machine. For outdoor relaxation, guests can enjoy a 6-person hot tub on the lower porch and gather around the yard's fire pit.

Located in Mineral Bluff, the property is tucked away for privacy yet remains conveniently positioned about 20 minutes from the attractions of Blue Ridge. Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The minimum age to rent is 25, and all guests must sign a rental agreement PDF. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and on all decks. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. While pets are welcome, there is a $75 fee per dog (maximum of 2), and they must be house-trained and over 18 months old. Please note the driveway is paved and fits 3-4 cars, but cannot accommodate trailers, RVs, or boats.
