Bedroom 1 offers a King bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a Queen bed. The loft adds significant capacity with two Queen beds and a Full futon. To support this group size, the property includes 3 bathrooms featuring walk-in showers.

To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (subject to a $1,500 fee), and pets are not permitted. Parties and events are not allowed, and quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please note that the lake is no-towing only; jet skis and tubing are not allowed. Ample driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.
