Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure a safe environment, the booking guest must complete a verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to arrival. A $50 damage waiver applies to every stay. For same-day bookings made between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, a refundable $200 security deposit may be required.

Pet Policy: One dog is permitted per stay for an additional fee; however, cats are strictly not permitted due to severe owner allergies.

Long-Term Stays: Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and a security deposit.

Parking Instructions: Guests should enter through the back door and use their designated garage spot. Additional vehicles must utilize street parking along the front of the building.
