Welcome to Harbor Mist House, your spacious Charleston retreat designed for large groups seeking comfort and convenience. This home perfectly blends modern amenities with classic Charleston charm, making it an ideal destination for family gatherings, getaways with friends, or special celebrations in the heart of South Carolina.

This expansive residence accommodates up to 14 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for versatility: downstairs, you will find a bedroom with a King bed and another featuring a Twin over Full bunk bed, both sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a King bed and a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom provides a King bed and access to a full hall bathroom. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa, and a Queen air mattress with bedding is available upon request.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome. Please note that due to the home's historic character and proximity to MUSC emergency hospital, city noise, ambulances, or helicopters may be heard occasionally; white-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

House Rules: This is not a party house, and neighbors must be respected at all times. A $250 fine applies for the following violations: no tape or adhesives on walls, no exterior decorations, and no glitter.

Luggage storage is available Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) at the main office, with third-party recommendations provided for weekends.
