This inviting layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to maximize space: Bedroom #1 offers a King Bed and two futons with an en-suite bathroom; Bedroom #2 includes two Queen Beds with an en-suite; and Bedroom #3 features a Double Bed. For additional flexibility, the living room space is equipped with a sleeper sofa.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that ongoing construction on the other side of Spring Street may cause additional noise during the day. Due to the home’s historic character and central location, some city and road noise may be heard; white-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort.

House Rules: This is not a party house, and neighbors must be respected 24/7. A $250 fine applies for the use of glitter, exterior decorations, or tape and adhesives on the walls. While pets are not generally allowed, please inquire prior to booking for approval; a $150 pet fee applies if approved. Luggage storage is available Monday through Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) at the main office.
