Here is some final information you should "know before you go!" Attached you will find directions to our office (remember you will need to come by our office to pick up your keys), Checkout Quick List, Fireplace and Hot Tub Reminders and Firework Info. Please contact us with any questions (before or during your stay). If you are a late or week-end arrival, your keys, directions, and receipt will be in an envelope in our drop box. On the attached directions you will see a picture of the building where our office is located. At the left hand side of our front window you will see a black mailbox on a post concreted into a large flower planter. That is our drop box, it does not lock, you will not need a code to get your envelope. Check out the FAQ page on our website for more valuable information. Thanks again, and have fun!

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may, at Nevaeh Cabin Rentals option, result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid or, the credit card on file may be charged for maximum occupancy. Please get prior approval for any visitors and day guests or they will also be considered unauthorized guests. Thank you very much for your cooperation.Outdoor garbage cans should be empty when you arrive and should be picked up the day of your departure, if you have excessive trash please notify the office for use of our dumpster or additional garbage pickup.
Check in time is 3 pm, check out is at 10 am. Please submit requests for early arrival/late departure 24 hours or fewer before your arrival/departure.
Check the Amenities Chart on our website to make sure you know what your rental is equipped with. We do not guarantee fire-starters/kindling at properties with fireplaces/wood-burning stoves. Please be sure to bring your own firewood or arrange with us to have some delivered.
Although cabins may have some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Please bring anything edible you may need during your stay. Dish soap and laundry detergent ARE provided at properties with dishwashers and washer/dryers.
Guests should bring their own toiletries. Each cabin will have 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower, and 1 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. We will provide 1 set of towels per guest (plus a few extra sets just in case) at cabins with a washer/dryer. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside, including for the hot tub, as our towels are NOT intended for hot tub use.
Please Make sure you are familiar with our cancelation policies and policies regarding service or amenity outages (see your Rental Agreement for all these).
Unless you opted out and instead put down a refundable security deposit, you have purchased an our damage protection policy (see “damage waiver” attached) which covers you up to $3000 in any accidental damage. Please report any damage to us immediately so we can begin the claims process as soon as possible.
We are a full-service rental company and want to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
