For additional sleeping space, an open loft provides three single beds, and the family room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed with prior management approval
• Booking Requirements: Must be 25 years or older; requires driver's license verification and a signed rental agreement
• House Rules: No smoking, no loud music outdoors, and no parties or events. Please remove all trash from the inside and place it in the outside receptacle upon departure. Empty the refrigerator and start the dishwasher with provided tabs. Towels should be placed in the bathroom shower when leaving.
• Hot Tub: The cover must be latched after use. Sitting or standing on the Styrofoam covers is strictly prohibited.
