• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am; violations may result in a $1047 city fine.
• One dog is allowed for a non-refundable $200 pet fee; additional pets require approval and an extra $200 fee. Service dog fees are waived with proper paperwork provided prior to arrival.
• This is not a party house. Firearms, glitter, and exterior decorations are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is permitted on the porch only.
• Adhesives on walls are prohibited; please use painters tape to avoid a $500 repainting fee.
• Bag drop is available via third party for an additional fee; luggage storage is offered Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm) at the main office.
• Please note that due to the home's historic nature, insulation may not meet modern standards, and some city noise may be present. White-noise machines are provided for your comfort.
