Prior to your arrival, please provide all guests in your party. First names of all in group will be required. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests - No additional guests, visitors or pets will be allowed without prior approval. Infants count as people and should be considered in max occupancy.

Pets - A dog is welcome (full disclosure of breed, size & age) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per dog.(maximum 1 dog). No other animals permitted. You are responsible for your pet at all times. If your furry friend will have anxiety issues and continually bark when you head to the beach, this property is not for you. We only accept well behaved, crate trained preferred dogs. Pet Waste must be picked up and discarded appropriately and your dog is NOT allowed on any furniture, bed & especially bedding.

Septic respect- Only natural waste and tp go in the toilets. No wipes, diapers, feminine products, paper towels, hopes or dreams. Not adhering will cause backups and result in additional cleaning/maintenance charges.

Folly Beach enforcers Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. If for any reason they are summoned, you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.

NO Smoking indoors - If smoking occurs outdoors, discard your butts appropriately and not on the ground.

Check Out list you are responsible for:
1. Place strip beds of linens, leaving comforter on the bed and leave used sheets on the ground. Place all used towels the shower basin.
2. Consolidate all trash & recycle and put in the designated bins (Blue-Recycling & Green-Trash). Please have out before 7am Monday. Trash Only picks up again Thursday by 7am.
3. No dishes or glassware should be left out on the counter or in sink. Please run the dishwasher prior to departure.
4. Rinse all outdoor items (beach chairs) of sand before storing - this is a shared amenity, first come, first serve
5. Outdoor Grill - clean grate, when emptying grill, please ensure ashes have been put out with water and discard ashes appropriately
House should be left how it was found. Unless previously approved, checkout times are firm. Staying past checkout will result in additional charges of $25 per 15 mins past.

If under 25 years of age you must have other positive reviews.

Failure to follow any of the rules will result in additional charges or early termination of stay, without refund.
