Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A $300 security deposit is required for all bookings. The property is pet-free and strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) inside or within 10 feet of the building; violations incur a $250 cleaning fee. Unauthorized parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 AM on weekends. Access is provided via an automatic gate keypad. Please note that firewood for the fire pit must be provided by guests.
