The downstairs area boasts a laid-back open floor plan where friends and family can gather. The living space is filled with cozy furnishings and a flat screen TV, while the fully stocked kitchen features granite counter space and custom cabinetry, complemented by a quintessential dining nook. For added convenience, a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. You will find a large, beautifully landscaped, and completely fenced backyard—perfect as a play area for children and pets. This private oasis includes a dining patio area, a charcoal grill, and a private hot/cold outdoor rain shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
