For additional guests, the large downstairs living room provides a Queen Memory Foam Pullout and a sleeper futon.

Please note that ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause daytime noise (typically 8 AM - 5 PM), especially on weekdays. Pets are welcome upon approval with a $150 pet fee. To preserve the home's grace, a $250 fine applies for using tape, adhesives, glitter, or exterior decorations. This is not a party house, and neighbors must be respected at all times.
