The property is designed for large groups, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The layout is split to maximize space and privacy: the main home contains three bedrooms and one bathroom, while the garage area houses a dedicated kids' bunkroom and a second full bathroom.

Entertainment is at the core of this home, highlighted by a HUGE game garage. This expansive space is a playground for all ages, featuring a kids' play area and a wide array of activities including air hockey, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, and a Golden Tee Golf arcade game.

Step outside to experience an outdoor paradise. The property boasts a large private beach equipped with lounge chairs, along with kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the water. For evening relaxation, enjoy the firepit area or retreat to the oversized deck on the water, which features a dining table, sectional seating, and a grill for wonderful outdoor meals. Additionally, the side-covered patio includes a pull-down TV, allowing you to catch your favorite games while enjoying the fresh air.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including a play structure and a shed filled with water and winter toys. Please note that because of previous dam failures, water levels on Secord Lake were lowered and are expected to return to normal by the end of May 2027. Guests booking before the spring 2027 refill are encouraged to message the host for the latest conditions to set clear expectations regarding boating, skiing, and swimming.
