• Bedroom 3: Two bunk sets (full bed on bottom, twin on top)

The interior includes a living room with a sofa and chairs, a dining area with seating for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and ample counter and cabinet space.

Located right off upper King Street, you are within easy walking distance of the hub of Charleston's top restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and dining. The home is also just minutes from MUSC and the College of Charleston. For those exploring the coast, Folly Beach is a 20-minute drive, Mt. Pleasant is 5 minutes away, Sullivan's Island is 15 minutes, and Isle of Palms is 25 minutes.
