House Rules for The Pickle Pad

Welcome to The Pickle Pad! We are thrilled to host your stay. To ensure a 5-star experience (for you and future guests), we kindly ask that you respect the house and its amenities throughout your visit. If an accident happens, please notify us immediately. In the unlikely event of any issues during your stay, we will do our best to resolve them promptly. Please note, this is a private home, and no on-site maintenance staff are available.

By confirming your booking, you and your guests agree to adhere to these house rules and assume responsibility for your own safety during your stay.

#1 - Check-in After 4 PM We cannot accommodate early check-ins to allow our cleaning team adequate time to prepare the home for your arrival.

#2 - Check-out by 10 AM Timely check-out ensures our cleaners can prepare for the next guests. Late departures will incur a $100/hour charge unless approved in advance.

#3 - Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued ID may be required for verification. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of others.

#4 - Maximum Occupancy The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Additional guests beyond the reservation will result in a $100 per person fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay.

#5 - No Pets Allowed We maintain a strict no-pets policy to accommodate guests with allergies. A $200 fee will apply for violations, and you may be asked to leave without a refund.

#6 - No Smoking or Drugs Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. If you must smoke, please do so outdoors and properly dispose of waste. Use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

#7 - Security Cameras For your safety and ours, security cameras monitor the property’s exterior. Do not tamper with any security devices. Tampering will result in immediate removal without refund.

#8 - Hot Tub Rules Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. Shower before use, and avoid adding foreign substances (e.g., soaps or oils) to the water. Keep the cover on when not in use and refrain from sitting or standing on it. Guests are responsible for damages or additional cleaning fees caused by improper use.

#9 - Pickleball Court Use the pickleball court responsibly and at your own risk. Please avoid playing late at night to respect neighborhood quiet hours.

#10 - No Unauthorized Fires Fires, including candles, are not allowed. Use the provided outdoor grill for cooking, and ensure it is cleaned before check-out.

#11 - Furniture and Locked Areas Do not rearrange furniture or tamper with locked storage areas. Damages or tampering may result in additional charges or legal action.

#12 - Quiet Hours Respect the peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No parties or loud events are allowed.

#13 - Trash Disposal Dispose of trash in the bins provided. Do not leave trash outdoors, as this may attract wildlife.

#14 - No Refunds for External Factors There will be no refunds or exchanges for situations beyond our control, such as illnesses, weather, power outages, or natural disasters.

#15 - No Parties or Loud Noise No parties, events, or loud music outside the home. This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood, so please respect quiet hours from 10 pm onwards.
