The layout features 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 2 bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 10 guests. Adults can unwind in bright, cozy king-size bedrooms, while the kids will be thrilled by the fully decked out bunk room, complete with an arcade, toys, and games to keep them entertained for hours. For those needing extra sleeping space, fold-out futons are available in one of the king rooms as well as in the bunk room, and a portable pack-and-play crib is provided for babies.

Guests will enjoy a fully furnished living space with comfortable reclining furniture and a fully equipped kitchen that is a pleasure for preparing delicious family meals. The entire lower level of the home provides nearly 2,000 square feet of living space, featuring a dedicated thermostat for central heating and cooling, as well as a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

Nestled in a quiet, scenic rural setting, you are only a half mile from the interstate. This strategic location puts you exactly halfway between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, with each being about a 25-minute drive. If you are looking for dining and shopping, the city of Florence is just 15 minutes away, while the attractions of Cincinnati are reachable within 25 minutes. The beautiful cities of Lexington and Louisville are also accessible within an hour's drive south.

Access to the home is seamless via a private drive and entrance, with plenty of private parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that the owners reside in the upper level of the home, so occasional noise and footsteps from above may be heard. To maintain the quality of the space, pets are not allowed; bringing a pet may result in reservation cancellation or a fee of $100 per night per pet. Additionally, the maximum occupancy is 10 guests (excluding infants under two), with a fee of $50 per extra guest per night applied for any additional visitors.
