HOUSE RULES: We truly value your willingness and cooperation in helping to keep our home clean, safe and not damaged in any way.

• Only the individual who booked the reservation can check-in into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgment from the host has been made. Extra overnight guests other than those indicated on the booking reservation are not allowed. Unregistered overnight guests will be charged a $100/guest per night fee. • Home is NON SMOKING and NON VAPING and a $1000 fee will be assessed for any smoking inside the home. You may smoke outside, but please keep the doors and windows to the house closed when smoking outside.
• Booking with pets: Max of 2 allowed. Please inform us of the breed of your pets. We reserve the right to decline any aggressive or restricted breeds to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Extra fee of $75 per pet per night • The property is for residential use only and no parties are permitted. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged a $1000 fine and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. • Early Check-in may be available upon request. Guests making the reservation will be notified on the day of check-in as soon as the property is ready for check-in. Late Checkouts are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with the host. An additional $50 will be assessed for every 30 minutes past check-out time and after 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check-out time, the guest will be assessed an additional full night fee. • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. Reservations follow a strict cancellation policy and are nonrefundable 48 hours after booking. • To ensure that all guests have a safe and pleasant stay, the property has a noise monitor (but does not record sound) and a smoke detector. There is a $200 reset fee if the guest disconnects the device. • Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
