The second bedroom is equally welcoming, offering a Queen-sized memory foam mattress and its own full en-suite bathroom. For additional guests, a full-sized sleeper sofa is available in the living area.

• A $300 security deposit and signed rental contract are required upon booking
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• Pets: Dog-friendly for up to 2 small dogs (35 lbs or less) with a non-refundable $150 fee
• No smoking or illegal drugs permitted on the premises; a $250 fine applies for indoor smoking
• Occupancy limit: 6 guests; quiet hours from 10pm to 8am
• Please note: The home has a separate upstairs apartment occupied by the owner's son, though guests have complete privacy on the first level and in the driveway.
