Music Soul House Rules

1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property.

2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom.

3. 6 parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.

4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city

5. Basic Information:

• Check-in 3pm /Check-out: 11am
• Parking: Up to six vehicles can park in the driveway. All additional vehicles will have to park on the street
• Occupancy: The maximum number of guest at any given time will be 8.
• Accessibility: this is a multilevel home with no elevator. Please take this into account when booking. 


6. Behavior and Conduct:

• Noise: Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am

• Parties and Events: No parties or large gatherings of any kind. If you need assistance or further explanation please feel free to call the host. 

• Smoking: No smoking allowed indoors or on the front balcony. Smoking is allowed outside in the courtyard area. Please dispose of any smoking related trash in the smoking receptacle outside in the courtyard. Any smoking related items found inside the house will be assessed $250 fine per incident. 

• Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed without expressed written consent from the host. 

• Unregistered Guests: Unregistered are not allowed under any circumstances. 

• Illegal Substances: No illegal substances will be allowed in or around the property. 


7. Property Usage:

• Furniture: We respectfully ask that you leave all furniture in its current configuration. Failure to do so may result in additional fees . 

• Damages: Please report any damages to the host as soon as they happen. Any damages that occur during your stay will be deducted from your deposit. Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be billed in addition to any previous payments

• Cleaning: Make sure you load all dishes from your stay into the dishwasher and start it. Place all used towels on the floor near the door on the bedrooms. 

• Amenities: Do not WALK on hot tub cover!!!! Keep hot tub covered with supplied cover when not in use. Failure to do so may result extra fees at the end of your stay. 

• Waste Disposal: Place all trash from your stay outside of the house in the green trash bin.

• Food Storage: Please keep all food in the Kitchen / Dining area. Any food stains on the furniture / bedding will be billed accordingly. 

• Security: Please lock all doors and windows and turn off lights and electronics when not in use. 


6. Safety and Security:

• Safety Measures: The property is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher in the laundry room. In the event of an evacuation please make exiting the building safely your primary concern.
• Emergency Contacts: Provide contact information for emergencies. 

• Local Laws: This Airbnb is subject to the laws and regulations of The City of Atlanta, The State of Georgia and The United States of America. Failure to operate with in the bounds of any applicable law will result in immediate notification to the relevant authorities and your reservation will be canceled without refund or warning.
