This 361-square-foot studio features a living area, kitchenette, and king-sized bed all in one spacious room. Amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV with cable, and more. The property is dog-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $125.

Located on a barrier island, this studio is in the heart of the action on Center Street, so you'll hear the lively atmosphere of the neighborhood. But with quick access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, you're perfectly positioned to experience the best of Folly Beach. Just note that the studio is on the 3rd floor, so you'll need to climb stairs to access it.
