Designed for comfort and versatility, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to ensure an unbeatable night's sleep: the Master on Main serves as a private sanctuary with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a standalone shower and soaking bathtub. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, which contains one queen bed. The fourth bedroom provides two additional queen beds and has access to the hallway bathroom. For extra flexibility, a sleeper sofa is also available.

This property is fully equipped with high-end features to enhance your vacation. Inside, you will find a chefs kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and complimentary Keurig K-Cups, a formal dining room with seating for 10, and a dedicated home office. For entertainment, the house includes a game room with a PlayStation, a relaxing sunroom, and smart TVs in every bedroom, all supported by high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome. Please note that the home features a shared driveway with space for up to three cars. A unique door code is provided for security. Guests must be aged 21+ to rent. There is a $500 refundable security deposit hold. For the safety and peace of the neighborhood, the property utilizes security cameras facing the yards, as well as a smoke and decibel meter to monitor noise levels and smoking (including vaping and marijuana). Credit card processing fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.
