Designed for group comfort, the layout includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature a King bed in the first bedroom and Queen beds in the second and third bedrooms. For additional flexibility, a Queen air mattress with extra bedding is available upon request.

Because of the home's historic character and central location, some city noise may be audible; however, white-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort. Guests also have access to the private first-floor rental and outdoor spaces.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets are allowed upon approval with a $150 pet fee
• Luggage storage is available Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm) at the main office
• House Rules: This is not a party house. A $250 fine applies for the use of glitter, exterior decorations, or adhesives/tape on the walls.
