This one-of-a-kind retreat is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests. The main floor features two stunning king suites, both offering breathtaking scenery and direct deck access. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, complete with a beautiful walk-in shower, soaking tub, and gorgeous tile work. The second bedroom on this level is connected to a luxurious walk-through bathroom. For additional guests, the lower level houses a custom bunkroom featuring four queen beds (two sets of bunks).

Designed for those who love the outdoors, the cabin boasts incredible outdoor spaces. The main level deck includes a wood-burning fireplace and a small dining area. A set of exterior stairs leads to a massive, screened-in lower entertainment deck, which serves as the only access point to the lower level. This area is built for relaxation, featuring a second wood-burning fireplace, a cozy egg chair, a bed swing, a wet bar, and an enormous custom farm table.

3. This property has a maximum of 8 guests. This has been determined by local authorities for safety reasons. If you have more than the maximum number of guests without approval, you will be asked to leave right away, and there will be no refund.
4. There can be no more than 3 vehicles on the property. If you bring more than 3 vehicles, you will be asked to remove them.
5. There is a $125 nonrefundable fee per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs. There is a 50lb weight limit. Pets are not allowed in the hot tub! No Cats Allowed. Please clean up after your pets. If pets are included in guest count at time of booking, the fee is already included in your total. If pets are not included in guest count at time of booking then we will request payment through resolution center for pet fee(s).
6. The use of firearms, fireworks, and any weapons are prohibited on the property. This is a local and state law, and against the rules of the subdivision. If firearms, fireworks, or any weapons are used on the property, the local authorities will be called, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
7. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your children in the hot tub. The hot tub does not have any lifeguards on duty. Using the hot tub is at your own risk. Guests agree that they will use the hot tub at their own risk. No food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub. No pets are allowed in the hot tub. No soaps or bath salts are allowed in the hot tub.
8. When using the wood fireplace indoors, the screen must be shut. Do not leave the fireplace or fire pit unattended while in use.
9. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. If there is a smell of smoking inside the home, you will be charged for all costs that come with getting rid of the smell. If you smoke outside, it's your job to put out and get rid of your cigarette butts safely.
10. Guests must only use the property for legal reasons. Any other use, including but not limited to illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, sex trafficking, etc. will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and local authorities will be contacted immediately.
11. Smoke alarms are safety requirements. During your stay, if you hear the alarm chirping, please let us know right away so that we can make arrangements to replace the battery. It is prohibited to tamper with or turn off smoke alarms.
12. There are 2 security cameras, one on the front exterior and the other on the upper back deck. If any guest tampers with, turns off, or covers the camera, they will be asked to leave the property and no refund will be issued. Cameras do not view private areas.
13. When you leave during your stay or at check out, all exterior doors and windows must be locked.
14. No parties or events allowed on the property.
15. Please understand that we do everything we can to ensure there are no mechanical issues with any amenities during your stay. We can't control when equipment/things malfunction or break, If the fireplace, hot tub, washer, dryer, etc. malfunctions or breaks during your stay, notify us immediately and we will handle the issue as quickly as possible. We do not offer refunds for instances such as this, but we will handle the situation professionally and efficiently.
16. Our cancellation policy is followed in all instances including weather, power outages, illness, and any circumstances out of our control. Power outages are rare but can occur anytime during the year. No refunds will be given for power outages.
