About Property

Gather the whole crew at Casa Rustica, a spacious luxury lodge in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Georgia, perfectly designed for families, friends, and their pups. This expansive retreat serves as both a basecamp for adventure and a sanctuary for rest, blending rustic charm with modern comforts to create the ultimate setting for memorable mountain getaways.

Designed for large groups, the home accommodates up to 14 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include 4 king bedrooms equipped with flat-screen TVs, as well as a room featuring 1 full bed and 4 twin beds, making it an ideal setup for children or singles.

Inside, the open living area impresses with vaulted ceilings and massive windows that frame the surrounding scenery. Guests can relax in plush seating or cozy up by the stone gas fireplace, which is operational from October through April. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for cabin feasts, featuring stainless appliances, a blender, a crockpot, and both Keurig and 12-cup coffee makers. For entertainment, the dedicated game room acts as an indoor playground with a pool table, board games, puzzles, and books.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring two wrap-around porches with lounge seating for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Guests can soak in the private hot tub for six or gather around the outdoor fireplace.

Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge, Casa Rustica provides easy access to farm-to-table dining, charming boutiques, and the Serenity Spa. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to gem mining, tubing, and hiking at Aska Trails and the Chattahoochee National Forest. Please note the property is located in a peaceful community where some neighboring homes are under construction, and construction noise may be audible during business hours.
